204.ai · studio at RnA in Lisbon

Sentient Space

A 230 m² studio that notices who walks in, thinks with live AI engines, and reacts with light on every wall.

Senses

It sees who is in the room

Depth cameras on the ceiling put every visitor on a live floorplan. Only positions and events travel on, never the video.

Space

Six spots, one nervous system

Pick a spot on the plan to see what lives there.

Mind & body

It reacts in light

Live AI engines restyle what the cameras see. One canvas is cut into slices, and every projector, frame and mirror plays its slice.

Control

One screen runs it all

studio-manager puts an agent on every machine. One dashboard starts, watches and restores every service, and launches a whole experience in one click.

Maker

Dimitri De Jonghe

Co-founder of 204.ai with Cintia Aguiar Pinto, and a founder of RnA Studio in Lisbon. He trained as an engineer, with a PhD in micro-electronics and machine learning at KU Leuven. He then spent a decade building decentralised data and AI: Ascribe, where he co-wrote SPOOL to register art ownership on the Bitcoin blockchain, then BigchainDB, Ocean Protocol as Head of Research, Keyko and Nevermined. Today he builds the studio’s brain, from the FluxRT live engine to the studio-manager control plane.
